FREIGHT MASTERS DRIVING INSTITUTE POISED TO TRAIN STUDENTS IN A MORE DEFENSIVE DRIVING WAY

Held in Tema on December 29, 2023. The inauguration of Freight Masters Driving Institute brought together stakeholders, driving instructors, students, media and the general public.

The inauguration which was held at the forecourt of the driving school, begun with a float to some principal streets of Tema.

At exactly 2:18pm the Executive Director of Freight Masters Driving Institute, Dr. Richard Nana Amoako in his opening remarks gave an insight as well as highlighted the purpose and motive behind the establishment of the school.

In a brief statement Dr. Amoako revealed that he feels fulfilled in discharging an honorable social responsibility in giving back to the society.

"This is so dear to my heart, is the fact that it is given us an opportunity to discharge an honorable social responsibility". He said 

The presence of the school is to help in a robust form of training in a more defensive driving way and to enlighten students in their responsibility on our roads.

Four (4) branches within three (3) months, the school is a fully certified DVLA approved courses.

Dr. Nana Amoako is confident, that the training will equip students with the requisite knowledge and skills needed in ensuring safety on our roads and to also know the various road signs.

The inauguration also saw a section of questions and answers on general knowledge of road signs and what they stand for.

The NRSC Act mandates the commission to play the lead role in championing, promoting and coordinating Road Safety activities in Ghana.

Dr. Amoako again revealed the commencement of their heavy-duty vehicles instruction and training which will take place few months in 20224.
